Abraham Properties, Inc. is a
multi-integrated real estate company that
develops, builds and manages commercial real
estate in the greater Boston metro area.
The company was founded in the early 1940's
by Nicholas Abraham Sr. and it is now in its
third generation under the leadership of
Nicholas Abraham (second generation), and Nicko Abraham (third generation).
Abraham Properties' headquarters are located
in historic Copley Square at 581 Boylston
Street, Boston, Massachusetts. Over the
years, it has developed and managed real
estate throughout the greater Boston and New
England area, including apartments, shopping
centers, office buildings, residential
condominiums and its self storage division,
Stor/Gard®, Inc., which has 3 locations
in Walpole, Northboro and Malden,
Massachusetts.
In the course of its operation in the
self-storage business over the past 10
years, Abraham Properties has become
familiar with the needs of contractors,
distributors, retailers, record storages and
other small business enterprises. This has
led to the development of the concept of
Work/Shop™
Storage Warehouse Condominiums,
which the company is now developing
throughout the New England area. |
