Nicko has been engaged in the family real estate
business since 1984. He began at the age of nine
with the construction and development of the
Cushing Endicott House Condominiums, a historic
Back Bay Project. He then took part in the
development of a 120 unit condominium project in
New Hampshire, the retrofitting of the Wesleyan
Office Building in Copley Square, the
development and construction of the Wal-Mart
Plaza and all the Stor/Gard facilities in
Walpole, Northboro and Malden, Massachusetts.
Nicko is Vice President of Abraham Properties,
Inc., Division President of Stor/Gard, Inc. and
Work/Shop Storage Warehouse Condominiums, and
President of the Massachusetts Self Storage
Association. He has had 20 years of hands-on experience in the
real estate development and construction field,
and is a member of the Abraham Properties' Executive
Committee and a member of the company's Board of
Directors.
